The SmartUp Angels Roundtable is the perfect place for investors to be the first to meet talented founders, discover promising opportunities, and connect directly with entrepreneurs who come to study Yonatan Stern's SmartUp Methodology for building fast-growing, profitable companies with a small investment.
Meet our talented founders
For the six week duration of the SmartUp Foundations Course, Angel Investors will have the opportunity to match up with the entrepreneurs. The meetings will take place at the SmartUp offices an hour before the lecture starts. Investors will receive a list of the startups in advance and will be able to select startups of interest to them.* SmartUp will take care of the rest.
Obviously, you are welcome to stay for the lectures if you are interested.

A list with dozens of talented founders that are enrolled in our foundations course and information about their ventures. You’ll receive the list at the beginning of October so that you have enough time to review it and decide who you want to meet with.

Roundtables with founders

After you’ve submitted your selection of founders that you want to meet with, we’ll work with your schedule to set roundtables with them an hour before the course on course days (every Sunday from October 11 - November 15).

It sounds ambitious but it can be done by following some simple principles. The companies you’ll meet with will have learned these principles and hopefully increase your chances of securing a good ROI.

FAQs

How do the meetings with founders work?

Investors will have the opportunity to review participating founders and choose to meet with entrepreneurs that interest them the most. We’ll then arrange roundtable meetings based on investor interest and availability. The meetings will take place at 13:30 on the Sundays between October 11 - November 15, 2026, and will last up to an hour. You will have to provide the list of entrepreneurs you would like to meet with by October 6, 2026.

Why is SmartUp Setting Up These Roundtables?

The main objective of SmartUp is to help startup companies succeed by implementing our well tested methodology and practice. We do this through courses, workshops and our residency program. We believe that connecting entrepreneurs with investors is an important piece of the puzzle.
