It usually takes 3 to 5 years to bring a company from inception to sustained positive cash flow, and as the company matures, our meetings evolve to cover all aspects of expansion and growth.

    What does the SmartUp program involve?

    The SmartUp program includes lectures and workshops covering every aspect of running a company: product development, lead generation, marketing, identifying your core customers, building effective sales processes, and more. The practical side of the program is a weekly or bi-weekly management meeting with your SmartUp team, where we review the most pressing issues, discuss progress, map out next steps, and keep things moving forward.
